  1. Many thanks for the above. I will check that when I get off my sick bed.
  2. My Fabia has the letters, EPC come up on the facia or whatever its called and keying them in I found they mean the following. As well as that a picture of the engine shows meaning I know not what. I asked a mechanic who just drive it. Is he right? The Electronic Power Control (EPC) warning light indicates a problem with your vehicle's throttle system, which could include the accelerator pedal, fuel injection throttle body, traction control, cruise control, or other systems.
  3. Thats a pretty dangerous statement to make especially as I have just looked at their reviews and they are quite good.
  4. The car is a 2004 Skoda Fabia Estate which does about 5000 miles a year. (Personal details removed) The car use is social only. The reason we are looking for an insurer is that we are fed up with fly by night amateur insurers.
  5. I have looked at a few car insurance reviews today and was horrified by what I found. I realise that one gets what one pays but can anyone say where one may find reliable car insuarance reviews?
  6. It was a service station attached to a supermarket.
  7. I cannot tell a lie. One was an H7 which unless I got it wrong is the appropriate bulb.
  8. I went to get some petrol so checked at Sainsbury's Didcot who had a grand selection of three differnt car headlight bulbs. Checked at Tesco Didcot who stock none.
  9. With respect I can think of no such service stations in the part of Soth Oxfordshire I live in. It might have been true 50 years or so ago.
  10. I have no idea how to change the headlight bulbs and request some instructions and wonder if anyone would be kind enough to let me know where to purchase a replacement main headlight bulb.
  11. Many thanks, a brilliant video.
  12. OV54VXP Skoda Fabia 2004 filler cap inoperative. I filled up but when I attempted to push the flap down it didn't catch as normal. Can anyone give me an idea of how to fix this problem.
