  1. hi,

i have a viper ind on my fabia, along with a sports cat it really lets things flow alot better,

they might be a we expensive but its worth the money, they sound really nice an look the part too. if you want to see some pics just ask and ill post some up. i dont no anyone else with one but when i open the bonnet everyone loves the look and sound of it.

  2. Had a great drive home! Woodhead pass was still closed due the the overturned HGV. so I went home via Stoney Middleton / Buxton, took a little longer but more fun!

    Thanks for organising the meeting.

Nice to have met the ones who where left when i got there,

    some really nice cars

i couldnt be doing with the 50 on m1 so went threw underwood, pinxton etc, was a great fun drive and the roads were really empty. Defo needing the remap :P Im glad everyone went home in the opposite direction to me, lol, tho I would of liked to follow Shark_90 :)

    See you next month,

  3. Sorry I assumed you had the 930:O. If it wasn’t for the better dead reckoning and FM transmitter I would have gone for the 540 probably. The World maps feature is wasted on me. Currys where doing a good deal on the 940 a couple of weeks ago. £50 off and a £10 voucher, plus you get £50 of fuel after 28 days.

did you get your fuel? mine came with a 40 quid fuel, but i got confused on dates and missed the dead line,

is it only the go that have tomtom buddies?

    sorry for the double post

  4. the car is under warranty but i dont want them spraying my doors and making a mess of it!

I had a new drivers side front arch after some silly person dropped his bike on it .

It was sprayed blended and then had a deep wax. It was all at skoda and I was / still am very pleased with it.

if its under warrenty and if they are willing, why not?

Im sure it'll come back looking great after a spray, blend and deep wax treatment,

  5. Hi

I have bough the same HU and installed it, it worked fine for half a cd then just turned off and wont come back to life,

Did anyone find the acctual problem with the above,

I put my old stock HU back in and now its saying SAFE then 1000 when i turn it on and will not do anything.

Ive checked everyfuse and they are all fine.

  6. Hi Briskodaians,

Ive been having trouble with my TCS lighht coming on and staying on.

After lots of mucking about going here and there with no result, Greg from LittleEngine came, plugged his equipment in and to my releif got me some Fault codes where even Skoda them selves said they couldn't find any.

Anyway, Ive found out what the codes are,

    as follows

17911/P1503 - Load signal from Alternator Term. DF: Range/Performance / Implausible Signal

    Possible Causes

    • Alternator faulty
    • Voltage Regulator faulty
    • Wiring and/or connections faulty

What I would like to know is have any of you had this fault code? What was causing the problem?

My car is a 55 reg Fabia TDi PD100 and has just hit 30k with full servise history from skoda and with no past problems. I have owned the car coming upto 6 months now with no problems untill this light started coming on about a month ago.

    Any comments are greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

  7. You can buy all the parts to convert the VF into the VFC separately so go for the VF277. Since you're in Nottingham, give Roadrunner Motorsport a call (0115 978 1173) and let them know you need the different kit.

Don't just buy a cold air feed section as it won't have anywhere to attach to on the VF.

    thats was very helpfull

    thanks,

  8. Hi, i want to get a Viper induction kit, but,

the one that is for my model car is the

pipercross Viper kitt VF277 Skoda Fabia 1.9TDi

but Only 'VFC' kits include a flexible cold air feed. the one above doesnt and i would like one.

Does anyone know if this would fit,

Pipercross Viper kit VFC294 Skoda Fabia 1.9 TDi VRS

Or does anyone know if the flexible cold air feed are purchasable sepreratly?

    Thanks
