Really hope someone can help as it's getting right on my t!ts!
CD's just wont play, there is power there as I can here them loading and the display initially scrolls through from 1-6 before coming up with an ERROR message!
Unfortunately I haven't a handbook for it and I've searched all Forums on here for an hour with no joy! I thought there would've been a reset button on the changer but I cant see one!
Any ideas?

...and to think I had given serious thought to getting rid of her!

Mine drops a bit in the winter, it's currently about 50mpg and in the summer it'll be around 55mpg!
I do drive a fair bit on dual carriageways and motorways mind!
Have you had a look at the air filter? New one could help!

Michelin!
Probably cost more but last longer!

Well I sorted a new account out last night with mail.com and luckily at the minute Sky have broadband free for 6 months so they'll be getting a phone call in the morning!
Cheers Prolfe, might give that a go actually!

why can't you just keep your virgin address? Your ISP and email can be with different providers.
Well I did ask and was told quite categorically no! I think it's going to be a bit of a pain changing it, things like banking, online shopping, etc.
Think I'll be going with Sky as my ISP as I've got their TV package and £7.50 seems pretty good for unlimited broadband and GMAIL for my e-mails!
Cheers people!

Many M5 owners have claimed that the BMW is faster

Hi folks, need a little bit of advice. Now I'm not a computer wizzkid so be gentle.
Just got my latest bill from VirginMedia and it's gone up again, spoken to customer services and there is nothing they can do apparently, therefore I intend to change them and go with Sky or Orange (wife works for the latter).
Anyway the thing I need advice on is my E-mails, obviously I'm with Virgin but I can't keep my account so need to change. Now there are quite a few different ones to choose from GMail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc, so I'm just wondering if anyone has had any experience of changing and how easy it is and which E-Mail provider is worth going for!
Cheers in advance

The washer pump is in the nearside wheel arch and the pipe conecting it can come off, 3 torx screws hold the liner in place, pull it back and you'll see the pump and the disconnected pipe! There's a thread on here with pictures!
I had to do this last week along with the one in front of the bulkhead!

^ +1 Bosch, got mine from ECP and am well happy with them, great fit, great wipe, great looks!

I had the PE2's and was well impressed with them and tried to get them again but like you say they're unavailable for some reason so I ended up with the new Sports and I'm equally impressed with them so far (6 weeks). Hopefully they'll last as long too!

I got the Nilfisk C110 a while ago and I can't fault it, reliable, good size and well priced!

Found a price for my perfect personalised plate, however I might have to win the lottery first.
G4 RRY
Just happens to be £45k :S

I got approx 45k out of some Michelin Exalto Pilot 2's, just changed them even though they were still legal for Michelin Pilot Sport. They weren't cheap but I'm planning on keeping the car for a few more years yet and will hopefully get a similar life from them!

I'm going to have to do this repair next week!
I have just one question, can you pick up "Plumbers Gold" from somewhere like B&Q?
Cheers

Just to echo what everyone else has said, pleased you're okay!
Has it put you off getting another Vrs then or not?

Shiny Shiny!
Ever thought of colour coding the chrome grille?
It'd just finish the front off for me, only my opinion mind!

Loving the gear knob!
Nice motor!

MSB in Darlington tend to get a lot of praise on here, I used to use Pulmans in Durham and they were spot on too.
I'm currently getting any work and servicing done by S-Cars in Spennymoor, it's not a huge garage by any means, a proper back street garage to be honest but they are apparently VAG specialists!
I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Cheers TF, I've checked the discs that are in and they're original discs so I think it must be something else!
