My 2007 1.2HTP started idling rough, I at first blamed it on E10 petrol, then on morning really bad and I suspected an air leak so my first suspect was the servo vacuum pipe which I wiggled and imagine my shock when it broke off at the inlet manifold with just the slightest movement. On inspection and replacement I found the whole pipe brittle at servo end and both sides of the non return valve. My car only covered 70K miles but my advice to everybody with a plastic servo pipe of any age is to REPLACE IT . Car idles and run a lot better now and MUCH SAFER.

Double check the servo vacuum pipe at the manifold end, I had same problem and fault code
