Mine was 8742 pre update so I guess that’s why they don’t list it as needing to be fixed. Even though I was having the same problem.

Updated to 8755 during my recent service - no charge. So far so good. Stuttering gone, crackling gone, grumpy face gone.

I’m hoping to find the same info. My Fabia’s in for its first service. I think the update is not showing as available as the hardware is later than the one the update states as needing it but I still get the microskips and, recently, the “static” please let us know what happens
