  2. Got mine done yesterday, car handled crap I thought but no it's a revelation, best £85 I've ever spent on a car.
  3. Thinking about getting my wheels refurbed and have a set of Solids from my dads old Superb lying about, anyone know if they will fit my 07 VRS?
  4. Cheers folks, it's parked itself after driving about today after about an hour. I'm not gonna use it again until I get a new motor.
  5. Should have used the search facility first, basically the rear wiper is a POS is what I've discovered. Oh well hopefully it returns to normal position then I won't be using it again.
  6. As above, any ideas what's up? I've checked fuse etc but still won't budge, I can hear the click when I activate it but it won't move :(
  7. Is it worth buying a cheap vagcom from EBay to reset the eml ?
  8. Cheers Silver, yer wipers working now thankfully. Thanks again buddy for the advice. Hoping I haven't bought a pig in a poke.
  9. All lights out and back to normal apart from eml light still on argh lol
  10. Thanks my man, I'll go take it for a spin now and fingers crossed it works. Any ideas as to the eml light as the car was running great with it on.
  11. Had my car 1 week and the eml light came on last night, popped bonnet today and disconnected the battery to see if it would clear it as car was running fine now I've got no wipers, and steering wheel symbol, boot open symbol and Eml light symbol all on argh!! Anyone got any suggestions what to do? Cheers.
  12. Out of interest mate how long does it take to change the belt and the other parts mentioned?
  13. Im the same, i never scrimp on tyres or maintenance, mine is 263 000 full skoda history and thats why its till going strong today.
  14. Just re read my post, ment to say i put it in by mistake and didnt realise until the car spluttered to a halt, ive never changed the fuel filter since so its the same one and my car has ran faultless so for the original op i hope this settles your nerves.
  15. Think it was about 800 or 900 quid for a new skoda clutch and flywheel inc fitting at my local skoda garage.
