  1. It's the 1.0 6 speed manual. Strangely enough since buying the scala I think that i've only seen another 2 on the road. As an aside the washer pump gave up at 21500 miles. Not serious and an easy fix but the original pump seemed seized solid.
  2. Not really. There are vibrations when idling and to be honest I think at idle the engine sounds like a bag of spanners!! On the move I find it smooth and responsive and I think that it has a very nice engine note.
  3. Hi wales 1975. I moved from an Audi A1 to a 2020 Scala SEl with the 1.0 engine. Lots more room inside for not a much longer car, great visibilty just under 50mpg. We've had it now for 6 months and really like it. We have found that the dash creaks when it is cold. It's really annoying but it does go when warmed up. I never use stop start and I dislike the lane assist, but apart from that my wife and I are enjoying the car. It was supplied by Arnold Clark with 4 of the very very cheapest budget tyres. Getting them swapped out next week for Goodyeat vector 4 all seasons.
  4. Hiya to all on Briskoda. I've Just moved from an Audi A1 to a 2020 Skoda Scala SEL in race blue. It;s got 21k on the clock and my wife and I are extremely pleased with it.
