  1. Seizing up and getting tight is a common problem. Slider pins can wear but never seen it result in loose calipers, proving everything is bolted up ;-)
  2. It's cheaper to start with a CV joint, presume you mean outer? Straight forward to do it you're inclined & you need a new boot anyway so may as well buy a joint as well. Test it first: https://itstillruns.com/test-cv-joint-7776252.html
  3. I can't really answer if you should do it only that I never have & have travelled many thousands of miles on the shocks afterwards with no issues.
  4. Hi All, In the process of doing a SMF clutch conversion and have removed the gearbox mount. I have seen somewhere that these are stretch bolts and always replace? Just need to check before ordering? Thanks,
