Hi all, I have a question regarding wheel fitment on my 2016 Skoda Superb SE L Exec 2.0 TDI 190 PS FWD. I have 18" Pegasus alloy wheels but looking to get a set of steel wheels for winter. Would Skoda Yeti 16" x 7j ET45 alloys clear the front brakes? I know only 'S' models with the 1.4 TSI or 1.6 TDI came with 16" wheels... And before anyone states the obvious I have checked the wheel offset, tyre sizes, speedo error, etc. but I'm just not sure on the physical brake disc size. Hope someone can help. Many thanks, Matt

I purchased my 2016 Skoda Superb SE L Executive 2.0 TDI 190 in May, it has now covered 27k miles but had been developing a knocking noise coming from the NSF suspension over the last few months. I discovered today that one of the shock absorber delivery spacers (part no. 5Q0 412 117 A) was left in place (see photo). These spacers are used for delivery of a vehicle from factory to dealership and must be removed before sale. This is a severe quality control oversight by the original dealership and has resulted in a dangerous vehicle. The NSF bump stop is now completely destroyed (see photo) and has damaged the shock absorber and possibly resulted in further damage. Has anyone else ever seen this before and can recommend how to best go about making a warranty claim? I have emailed Skoda North Wales (where I purchased the car) but I'm in Glasgow so obviously not taking it all the way down for repair.

Yeah based in CZ and posted direct. Best to contact him so you get exactly what you're looking for... I bought the solid engine and gearbox mount for the favorit, engine mount same as felly but gearbox mount is different. The three felicia ones the list are engine, gearbox and lower mount. Favorit lower is different too. The kit i got had the rear and inside bushes (including metal inserts) for the track control arms and also the rear subframe bushes. The rear bushes of the front track control arms are diferent for a favorit and felicia as well... Best to contact them! As I said Phil was brilliant and sorted me out!

There's quite a few threads on this subject and also loads of useful stuff on the skoda forum too... Just to prepare you, it's not cheap modifying these engines! What sort of power are you looking for? The 1.4 16v engine conversion is another option. Think i'll eventually end up doing this. Maybe in a a few years though. -
