  1. Unresponsive touchscreen

    Hi all, looking at a 2015 SE but just been told that the touchscreen has just gone Unresponsive to some touches from cold - was working fine. There’s a lot of threads on this but I’m getting confused to the latest info on the fix. Is it as simple as a firmware update - if so where can I get the file? Or does it need a replacement head unit too.... thanks
