I rang Parcel Force again yesterday and got a similar story - I finally got through to PF International Dept (a chap called Chris) who told me that he'd speak to the GLS guy as they were the agents in the UK. After 5 minutes on hold I was also told the paperwork was incomplete and that GLS would contact Superskoda.
Why FFS does GLS accept a shipment without the correct paperwork? Surely Czech Customs would want to see it on its way out of the country.
I too, paid by Paypal and am just about to email Superskoda again (99.999% sure I'm wasting my time). I will also open a dispute if I don't receive my goods soon.

Email just sent. Maybe burnt a few bridges by hey-ho .........
Hello,
I ordered a some parts from you recently but they have been in the GLS store in the UK since 1/4/14 and won’t be released due to ‘incomplete Customs paperwork’.
GLS’ agent in the UK, Parcel Force, tell me that GLS has contacted Superskoda to correct the paperwork and will release my order once you provide the correct information. I know this has happened to at least one other order which was was also sent recently and I believe GLS has contacted you regarding that order too.
Please can you urgently correct the paperwork so that these parcels can be released and we can enjoy the products.
The GLS tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXXX and the Parcel force tracking number is ECXXXXXXXXXGB
Details of the shipping status can be found here... https://gls-group.eu/EU/en/parcel-tracking?match=XXXXXXXXXX and here http://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace?page_type=parcel-tracking-details&parcel_number=ECXXXXXXXXXXXXGB
Fortunately I paid by Paypal so will be able to open a payment dispute if this is not resolved in the next few days.
I look forward to your prompt action to resolve these issues.
Regards,
