What fuel consumption are you getting please.
We've got a 2016 mk3 Superb Estate 2.0 TDI 190 manual and we're based in UK (so the MPG figures quoted below are for UK now US gallons!)... Our long term average is 49 MPG based on a mix of motorway & town driving. I've seen 60+ MPG on motorway runs which I think is fantastic for such a big car. Our recent family holiday with 5 people + luggage, with the air conditioning switched on etc... we averaged about 52-53 MPG over 400 ish miles. I only fill up with Shell V Power Diesel which may/may not make any difference to the figures.

Columbus Map Updates 2023-2024 (MIB1/2 HIGH)
Can I ask how long it takes approximately to update the maps once you insert the SD card into the head unit? Do I need to connect a battery charger like it says on the Skoda website or is it a fairly quick process?

Columbus Version? Superb 3
I am wondering if anyone on here can take a look and tell me if I'm on the latest software version? I am planning on updating the maps soon to the latest version, via an SD card. I notice that on the system information page there is a button saying 'update software ', I've not pressed it yet (too scared haha) but does this update over WiFi or something? Any info relating to my current system would be great as I'm not particularly knowledgeable on the different systems available.

Superb Columbus Startup Screen - VRS
Ah right thanks, I knew they didn't do a VRS which is what confused me I guess, I just thought maybe they did it for the 190 diesel and maybe 280 petrol or something? Silly question, but how did they change it out of interest ? I could do with updating the maps too as they're probably the original version.

Superb Columbus Startup Screen - VRS
I have a MKIII 190 diesel with the columbus head unit. When I start up the screen looks like the attached photo... My question is, do all Superbs have the VRS logo? Or is it just the higher output engine versions? If so which models have it? I'm just curious that's all

Superb III - Rear Undertray Question
Thanks for your responses... Here are a few photos of mine, I'm just unsure why there's some unused holes on the bunper adjacent to the exhaust... And another of the undertray on the drivers side...

Superb III - Rear Undertray Question
Hi all, Bit of a strange question... but when cleaning my car I've noticed that my rear bumper moves inwards a lot more on the passenger side than the drivers side... Looking underneith there are two plastic undertrays at the back of the car... One centrally below the spare wheel well and another on the drivers side closing off the corner of the car fixed to the bumper on all sides which I guess provides stiffeness/rigidity... On the passenger side (also the exhaust side) however, there is no undertray but there are holes dotted around the bumper & arch liner where it looks like fixings should go for something... which is what is leading me to believe there might be a part missing that is causing the bumper to move more? So far it's not causing me any problems (i.e.: the bumper hasn't shaken itself loose or anything) but it is a bit strange... If there never was a 3rd undertray then why didnt VW stiffen up the bumper to compensate on that side? I'm wondering if anyone here could look under their car and tell me whether or not there is a 3rd undertray fitted on the passenger/exhaust side or see if their bumper moves more on one side than the other?.. My car is a 2016 2.0 diesel estate (190) if that makes any difference. Many thanks in advance.
