Spotify is great on android auto...as are all of the music/podcast apps on there... You can also use ok Google to control Spotify via voice control on the android auto app I haven't used the standard interface for media or navigation since I installed it.

Saloon v Estate - Dog in boot?

For safety and keeping your car interior in a clean state, then you can't beat and estate with a good quality dog cage installed. The lower load lip of the Estate will be very welcome once your lab reaches full size (and weight) The best cages out there include transk9 and safedog (crash protected) I have the safedog xl...pic of it fitted to my Saab 93 sportwagon attached. It's fitted with a divider which can be removed to allow a single dog more room or in place for two dogs. -
Electric Drivers seat with memory - Sanity check
vrs4011 replied to Smudgers's topic in Skoda Superb Mk III (2015 - 2023)
We have a fleet of superb and one of them has the same problem...trouble is,the driver doesn't care and hasn't had it fixed... Definitely a fault, the other 6 have seats that work properly. -
Skoda approved lowering springs for a MK3 VRS?
vrs4011 replied to Muzza80's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk III (2013 - 2020)
Is the 245 already lowered by more than a standard vrs? -
Using android auto is the best option all round I've found...no messing about and do much simpler to use

Issue with the Bluetooth - infotainment system

Easiest thing to do by far...I use it in my superb work vehicle and it's pretty faultless...plus the Google maps sat nav is superior to the Skoda set up. Your Google pixel is obviously made for android auto...you will love it and won't go back. Only caveat is to get the best quality cable you can find. -
Each to their own,I think it's quite handsome

Wouldn't one of these be suitable for your needs if Skoda aren't playing ball? Petrol,4wd,nice size etc?

Superb sportline 2.0 TSI 230 spec
vrs4011 replied to vrs4011's topic in Skoda Superb Mk III (2015 - 2023)
Sorry,yes,220 not 230. I much prefer the looks of the sportline over the l&k which is why I'm looking at the vrs 245 too. Anyone driven a superb with that engine?.....I'm hoping that the weight of the superb won't bog it down too much? -
Im in the verge of ordering a Octavia vrs 245 but my head has been turned by the superb sportline estate with the 230 bhp TSI engine(with dsg) Despite searching through the threads however,I can find very little information on here, esp from owners. Does anyone own one on here and what are your thoughts? I drive a standard superb 2.0tdi 190 4x4 at work which is a pretty good car but the suspension is way too floaty for me and the combination of the 4x4 and diesel engine strangles the performance for me,hence my looking at the fwd TSI instead.

Retrofitting Variable Boot Floor in Estate
vrs4011 replied to Idol's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk III (2013 - 2020)
I really like that idea...I have a trans k9 cage on order(currently have a safe dog cage)......did you just wrap it in polythene? And is that the transk9 mat you can order separately? -
Retrofitting Variable Boot Floor in Estate
vrs4011 replied to Idol's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk III (2013 - 2020)
Anyone used the vbf with a dog cage? The reason I need the vbf is to present a flat floor to mount the double cage on....if it's not level with the loading edge, the cage doors can't open you see.
