Remove tailgate trim for rear dashcam install
knudsen replied to Skramit's topic in Skoda Kodiaq MKI (2017-2023)
I have disassembled the tailgate trim many times on a Kodiaq, the top 4 clips are often hard to get out. I usually use a metal crowbar and a strong pull in trim, but you have to pull very hard -

does anyone have access to erwin? I am looking for a drawing of how to disassemble the trim panels in the trunk of a Kodiaq 2020 model

I just had the same problem, it was the water pump that was defective which is a known problem. My workshop has also seen that brand new water pumps were defective
-
unfortunately there is a general problem with the water pumps, I have just replaced both water pumps (19 and 15) due to leaks (the symptom was slow loss of cooling water) on the main pump (19) there was a crack in the thermostat housing (that is part of the pump on This model)
-
It is correct that there is an electric water pump (No. 15) it is used primarily to cool turbo etc. When the engine is turned off, I will not reject it also used to pump hot water into heater In the cabin to speed up the heating in the cabin when the engin is cold. the primary water pump for the engine is No. 19 on the chart

That's why a good tuner always rolls the car before tuning so you can compare the result My car was measured as standard at 226 hp on octane 95 (without filter) and after tuning to 312 hp on 95 octane (without filter) and one month later to 320 hp on 100 octane and with ramair filter Unfortunately, I have only the print from the first roll on 95 without filter

It is LOUD !!! (maybe a bit too loud In my opinion)

It is tuned by a tuning Danish company but many tuner make stage 1 with 310-320 hp on ron 98 or 104 https://www.goapr.com/products/ecu_upgrade_20tsi_gen3_mqb.html https://www.onlyrevo.com/product-details/software/skoda/octavia-mk3-2013-/258/stage-1
