I have disassembled the tailgate trim many times on a Kodiaq, the top 4 clips are often hard to get out. I usually use a metal crowbar and a strong pull in trim, but you have to pull very hard

i just connected the phone after app update and then everything worked as before the problem occurred

today there has been an app update for myskoda app. and now my Smartlink + is working again 🙂

my battery has not been disconnected so that is not the cause

Yes ! i have exactly the same problem and have had it for 1-2 months, i have a Kodiaq from 2020 and use iPhone 10x

does anyone have access to erwin? I am looking for a drawing of how to disassemble the trim panels in the trunk of a Kodiaq 2020 model
