Hi Steve Thanks for the link. I have been trying find a cheap way of activating android auto, looks like this is it, if my unit is compatible. I have a couple of questions. Firstly, does the software work smoothly, or does it crash? Secondly, given that you need to connect your phone by cable to the head unit, do you find that you use it much? I tend to leave my phone in my outer jacket which I put in the boot when commuting. I guess that google maps would be the thing I would use if I was doing an unfamiliar journey. My music is on an SD card so no need for spotify etc. Thanks Alan
