  1. DTUK Pedal Box for sale, has been fitted to a MkVII VW Golf GTD for the past couple of years and has worked brilliantly especially in combination with Superchips Bluefin. Very easy to fit, see here.

This unit is compatible with a number of VAG model variants including the 2.0 TDI and 2.0 TSI engines fitted to the Skoda Octavia vRS and Superb but please check before purchasing as once it's sold its yours!

Retails for £199 selling for £100 NOW SOLD

  2. What can I do about my dash cam. It hangs down too much...

Anyone recommend a good compatible holder?

This camera looks very similar to the mini 0806 so one of these should work just fine or if you want the mount with integrated GPS antenna try this.

Just check your model to make sure you get the right one but should end up looking something like this ....

  3. Can anyone tell me what the "Favorites/Joker Button for Board Computer" is and what it does?

It's in the long coding for Controller 17 (Instruments), it's not enabled  but have no idea what this does or what it could do? .... any clues would be appreciated.

  4. I have been contemplating a road trip to go to one of the largest VAG meets in Europe at Worthersee in Austria, for the first time in a few years I can justify the time off and expense but would like to turn it into a Briskoda road trip if there is sufficient interest.

Worthersee 2016 is in southern Austria and runs from Wednesday 4th to Saturday 7th May  so I'm proposing a road trip starting on Sunday or Monday 1st/2nd May returning to Blighty on Sunday 8th May and would follow a similar format to international trips organised previously on this forum.

If there is sufficient interest I'll look at starting a proper thread with full details on proposed routes, stopovers, hotels etc.

  6. This is not what it might first sound like .... definitely wanting to 'clock' a vehicle!!

What I'd like to do is swap the position of the dashboard of "Trip" and "Total" mileage. I find the trip reading to virtually useless as this information is readily available on Maxidot yet the total mileage can only be viewed by cancelling adaptive cruise control so ..... can the mileage readings be swapped?

  7. Glyn I think the short answer is no !

Incorrect, it is possible to permanently disable the start stop function using VCDS, see here........ I was kept busy at the recent National Briskoda Meet at Rockingham doing this for other owners.

You are too far away for me to do it for you, but try the VCDS map and locate a willing member to help you.
