SWMBOs Yaris is SNO9 and yes it does look like snog in the car. My Fiesta is SN14Edinburgh have SN so in 08 there were loadsvof snobs about. I saw on a nice car at first so thought it was a private plate . Then saw liads. Funny I haven't seen snog (09) yet .

Doesn't fixing things give you a nice feeling of satisfaction..much better than throwing away and replacing that seems to be the norm nowadays

All my clocks are working perfectly, so they'll not be going back tomorrow, I'll keep them.
Brilliant reply. Nearly wet myself laughing. Just as well this thread has moved on past the vinyl trousers stage.

Used to take notion for home made bread every now and again, but would soon get fed up of the kneading, waiting and general faffing about so would soon go back to mass produced chemical stodge from supermarket
Took the plunge a couple of weeks ago and bought a small bread maker from a well known kitchen goods supplier based in the Lake District.
Five minutes at night to throw in the ingredients and set the timer, wake each morning to a still warm fresh baked loaf for breakfast. Favourite so far is 50% white flour and 50% wholewheat. Total life changer, happily recommend as I reckon each 500g loaf costs about 22p for ingredients, plus electricity-but now only heating the loaf rather than whole oven. Reckon I will cover purchase price of machine in 8-10 weeks.
Anyone else do this?
