    I do believe you need one that will fit the Fabia. I'm at work so I can't post you the link of the one I bought to do mine off Ebay, sorry fella. It was about £12 or something. I also paid a couple of quid for the VW Sharan Calliper return springs you mentioned as I had that issue.
