Have you tried looking at 'Vehicle Status'? It may say No Entries, but it shows the auto stop/start information symbol which you can press and it tells you why the system isn't working. Reasons can be many and obscure - a low battery is, I think, often stated a power consumption is high (I assume as the battery is charging). After minimal use during the first lockdown I was surprised how long it took to fully charge the battery (it needs to be fully charged for auto stop/start to work)

My towbar prep includes cooling upgrades but it is the 150 bhp 2.0 l diesel. I only got the definitive statement of what had been done by ringing the Skoda Customer Services with the VIN and they checked their system for me. Unfortunately I had to do this as the dealer had no idea what had been done - they insisted it was wiring only. Cue a £500 refund from dealer for unnecessary work of supply/fitting of fan and grill!!

Its worth checking whether the car came with tow bar prep in which case you already have the cooling mods.

A year or so back I suffered sodden carpets from the sun roof. This turned out to be a pinched drainage pipe in the a pillar which was replaced and no problems since. The dealer did, however, dry out the carpets for me!

I like autohold and always have it switched on. However, I turn it off when manoeuvring the caravan to give me fine control, and especially letting it 'creep' is very handy.

I have been told by my dealer of 2 issues - one is that the drain pipes from the panoramic roof need to be cleared out in case they block, and the other relates to the calibration of a sensor. They weren't specific as to which sensor, but westie38's post gives a highly likely answer. All work to be done foc, of course. Going in next week to have the work done (together with a service).

You can also select the split screen option in which a more detailed layout of the junction appears as you approach. Sorry, I have a Columbus so I don't know if this is an Amundsen option - might be worth looking for it though.
