  1. Many Thanks for the clarification. 👍😁
  2. So.... The lever should be set to the left to let in outside air? 🤔
  3. Hi all, Just had my Citigo's air conditioning re gassed and it is now working fine. The selector lever for recirculation or outside air is set to the right, is this the correct position for aircon using fresh air from outside the car? Sorry if this has been answered before. 🤔
  4. 1 Lever out power socket plate with flat thin knives. 2 Attach camera earth wire to threaded stud at bottom of the console. 3 Attach camera live wire to power socket supply wire (red/yellow) using a 2amp in line fuse and scotchlock connector. 4 Route black camera feed wire through 14mm hole in console on driver's side and up to camera inside door and A pillar trims. 5 Fit rubber grommet to hole in console. 6 Turn on ignition to test system. 7 Refit power socket plate. 8 Drink Tea! Total fitting time 1 hour.
  5. Camera now working fine and Satnav fitted to the redundant cup holder thingy and plugged in to the adjacent power socket when required. 👍😁
  6. Thanks for the replies folks. Having discovered the ridiculous position of the fuse box I have decided to power the dash cam from the supply to the cigarette lighter. As the socket is switched on with the ignition the camera will power up when driving. 📸😁
  7. Hi all, Sorry if this has already been answered! Are all the holders in the fuse box live regardless of whether they are empty or "unassigned". I am simply looking for the best position to fit my dash cam piggyback fuse unit and hoping an empty space would work. Thanks.
  8. Many thanks for the update, now I don't have to spend hours looking for a hole without a lid! 😂👍
  9. Hi all, Still exploring our new/old Citigo and came across this plastic cover in the back of the boot. Can't see an obvious location for it. VAG part no. is 8X0971981 B and is made in Germany. Any ideas? 🤔
  10. For anyone who needs to know, the tailgate trim pulls off easily using a timber wedge but you need to carefully realign the fixing clips with the slots in the tailgate when refitting as they are prone to moving when the trim is pulled off. 😁
  11. Hi all, In short a screw is lost behind the black plastic trim and rolls around when the tailgate is raised or lowered. Does the trim simply pull off?
