The panel seems to be only available on special order at a very silly price. Do you know where they sourced yours and the cost?

Looks like your car is the VRS whereas mine is the SEL so different. Maxton pointed me to their online range but none shows with the cutout for my model.

Mine is a Westfalia so we are in the same boat. How did you solve it? Or have you not done? Mike

It's a continuing nightmare! I had the towbar fitted yesterday. It's a Westfalia detachable one (part no. 317 132). Had the VSK 13 pin wiring and coding done. The trim/valance under the rear bumper has been refitted until the issue is sorted out. The Westfalia fitting instructions list a replacement part. My next step, already started, is to try to source one at lower than the astronomical price Skoda want. Hopeful that we will be ready to tow by the time our booked ferry sails in May!

Can you tell me the year and model of your car and towbar please? My car is new, probably built in the second half of this year. My installer has said that he cannot make a sufficiently large hole?

Has anyone anything to report on this?
