    Well I cant comment on vehicle work but get this...

    Took my vrs in 2 year back for a part ex qoute...offered £4800.same car on forecourt for sale with 10000 more miles on clock at £8500.skoda doncaster offered me nearly £6000,and as such will never step foot in Dm Keiths ever again.pays to shop around!!

    Sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the previous valuation you had. As I am sure you are aware different people look at vehicles when valuing them in different ways. I am the new Sales Manager for Wakefield and would like the opportunity to rebuild any bridges which have previously been broken. I would therefore urge anyone out there to give us another try, with the new management and staff we now have in place!

    We have many of the same great staff you will all know, along with a few new faces, I have recently joined the Wakefield team, further to my time spent at Skoda York.

    Dont use dm keith leeds they tryed robbing me sent car in for dreaded dpf filter rang me back a hour later wanting £3500 for 4 injectors new dpf and said my turbo was goosed and my center console bushes needed replaceing. id never asked them to look over my full car. Picked the car up took it to mass performance got the dpf removed and a new injector for a grand. Nowt wrong with turbo

    Thanks for the response Ben,

    In February 2011 I had quite a fight for Leeds to price match others, despite a huge display board right behind the service desk saying how they would price match any VAT registered service price within 10 miles. I had service quotation printouts from 3 other national agents with outlets 2 miles away from Hunslet which were all significantly cheaper. There was a mention of "genuine parts", I asked them to look again at my quotes! :rofl:

    I'm out of warranty now and about to shop around for a cambelt and major service due in 3 months.

Let me know how you get on with your shop around and I will speak to Andy Hurley, the Service Manager over at Leeds to ensure you get the price match smoothly, without a fight!     DMK Leeds sent me a nice letter saying my MOT and service is due and how they can do the MOT for the reduced price of £45 which is "cheaper than Kwik fit and National Tyres".

    Shows that this is wrong as both are doing MOTs at £35.

    " when we wrote the letter the price was indeed cheaper than National & Kwick-Fit but in the tough economic climate the two companies concerned have dropped their prices with out telling us ! Clearly we don't want to disadvantage our friends at BriSkoda so while we review our normal Skoda offer pricing we will be happy to offer an MOT test for £29.95 for Briskoda members. All they need to do is ask for the BriSkoda MOT special offer price. We will run this until the end of the year 2011 by which time we will have completed the review.
