I was going to recommend the black badges with colour-coded backing. I’ve fitted one on my Sportline hatch and it is what should have been fitted from the factory. It makes sense with the blacked out grille etc. They’re great quality too. I’m considering changing the badges on the back too.

I had a 2011 Mondeo Titanium X Sport for 3 years - great car in many ways. Swapped it for an Octavia VRS and changed that for my current Superb Sportline Plus. I found the Ford forums helpful but the Briskoda is an amazing place for information. Welcome, by the way!

Although I agree the sound is very bright, almost harsh, at times, it seems to be very dependent on the source material. I play all music through Apple CarPlay and some tracks (certainly less well produced ones) are almost unlistenable. There are others which sound epic. A bit of time spent playing with the settings is very worthwhile but I think the brightness is something that cannot be completely eradicated.
