Well my friend I went to the experts. I've changed tuning house I went to TMG which are specialists on dsg7 (dq200) and I have no issues at all. My next step is to improve the hardware of the dq200. :-) As far as I know and also see with my eyes the upgraded clutch (dsg7. - dq200) until 2day could handle 550nm, but still more 2 come :-) (much aggressive set up I'd rather say) In order to solve your question mechatronic unit (from factory) has some security measures so confronting to the ecu it's protecting it so this why u have safemodes. There are two solutions 1) go to your tuner and make it a little bit lower (high pressure etc) your psi but you will loose powa. 2) change tuning house that can handle such pressures, but also to handle if there are near you dsg7 specialists.. By the way yours specs ? Pressures ? Your solution to change the spring is a temporary solution to work out but you will loose :-( and I don't know in high continuous rpms how the car will react. Ps: dsg7 programmed+ upgraded clutch+ bc = the optimum result 4 drag :-) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
