Road speed hum
A few pointers. Is it noticeable when car jacked up and spin the wheel by hand? Seems you've ruled out the driveshaft CV's, so next on the list to check your work (not meant to be an insult) for anything rubbing rotating items, Same type tyres? Does the sound change when braking trapped rust debris or sticking calliper? Bearings maybe, does the sound change when cornering.

Amundsen and phone pairing
Sorry I did not know you were French, I have the radio manual from 2011 and you are right it tells you nothing about the pairing phones but I found how to do it using the car owner manual. There was 12 pages in that manual for pairing phones. I have the later manual for the later Amundsen+ (2014) and this one does tell you how to pair phones but my copy is in English. If you are ok to translate it I can send you a PDF copy.

How do I unmute my park pilot
You should be able to adjust the tone and volume in the MFD setting menu. It might be that the volume has set to '0'. it happened on mine I think if you turn the radio down when you select reverse it can do this. It would help if you say which model and spec yeti you have got.

L&K or SE L (Drive)
You're right front sensors were STD on the Drive models. Check out this is a cut & paste from the brochure; Yeti SE. As standard dual-zone climate control plus Bluetooth connectivity are included, while the new car also features a satellite navigation system with DAB digital radio, an auto-dimming rear view mirror, a heated windscreen, heated front seats and front and rear parking sensors. 17-inch alloy wheels and new seat upholstery round off the additions. SE L Drive models get these same additions, as well as leather upholstery, LED taillights, part silver roof rails, different 17-inch wheels and Bi-Xenon headlamps.

L&K or SE L (Drive)
You would miss out on; Brown leather seats, Leaky roof, Park assist and Diamond cut Alloy wheels which get white worm. I would go for the SEL Drive, try to find one with front parking sensors fitted.

help identifying engine part
Its a pressure damper. You only need to replace or repair the little pipe where the hole is.

Corroding wheels on Yeti
My Origami's are 6+years old and no corrosion on outer face, but slight traces on front wheels on the inside. The centre badges don't last long though I had them replaced on the warranty at 3yrs and the new set are worse than when the others were taken off 🤬

Corroding wheels on Yeti
They make out that "Diamond cut" is something really special. When its just a diamond lathe tool used because its a faster way to machine aluminium and so production is cheaper.

Sat nav update
I read in the instructions that the download should carry on where it left off when the power comes back on.

Auto Folding Mirrors
I reckon an experiment needs to be done. sit in the car with the key and close windows and fold mirrors as above, then check the deadlocks are engaged, if the inside door handles won't open the doors the alarm sensor should by active. then move about to trigger the alarm but there is a delay on mine (about 20 sec's) so give it chance to arm itself.

Rear light clusters
The LED cover/ lens is not the same as the standard type with bulbs.

Auto Folding Mirrors
Mine works like this with the key fob;- Press & hold, the doors lock then 2 sec's later the mirrors fold in. If the windows are open;- Press & hold, the doors lock then 2 sec's the windows close. You have to press & hold again then 2 sec's later the mirrors fold. You can't fold the mirrors with the key and keep the windows open! if you want to do this then you would have to fold the mirrors by using the knob on the inside of the car.
