I recently had an intermittent fault with front passenger door staying locked. The door hardly gets used so I didn't expect the loom to be damaged but it turned out to be the door lock so needed to replace it. Took the lock out, had to remove the speaker to gain access and replace the lock. Got a lock from a breaker as they cannot be repaired.

I did a search on that part number. It says its an OEM part that will fit but only for AM FM radio reception. Maybe an Air Rifle should also be on your shopping list🤣

You may need to use a bit of sticky stuff to hold the two magnetic strips in position. The batteries have a habit of repositioning them 🤣

I'm pretty sure mine has and I have a new set of pads with sensor wires attached but I've not changed the pads yet.

Hopefully you have it for keeps now. I don't how it could have gone missing as you say there is no option to change it during normal use, so it can't be done by mistake either. Glad you have got it sorted. 👍

If it has been loose for a while and the mating surfaces have become worn then it will keep coming loose. The alloy component should be a snug fit on the shaft with no rotational movement even without the nut. The nut is there to keep it on. If there is any rotational movement then it can turn underneath the nut and keep undoing it. If you loc-tite the nut it may stay on but the the parts could still move and continue to wear until completely unusable. So nothing missing its just unfortunate it came loose for the first time.

I've recently installed V12 in my RNS315. You can take the key out and then it will continue where it left off when you put the key back in to turn it on.

How do you slightly screw on the wheel bolts? Is it the same way you screw in your nuts? The authors shouldn't be allowed to write these instructions, if they can't fit a wheel or fit water in a bucket! Same when people say "just unloosen the bolt" Answer "How tight should it be?"
