  1. booke23's post in Low coolant warning light on was marked as the answer
My Fabia (1.9 TDI PD so same coolant bottle setup as the 2.0 Octavia) used to do exactly the same. Only ever happened when parked facing downhill and the outside temp was below freezing.

I would normally reverse park the car on my drive so it was pointing uphill. In this situation the warning would never come on so I just lived with it.

Yes it can. You need a funnel and tubing of a suitable diameter to fit in the hole in the filter housing.

Scroll down to post #7 where there is a useful pdf showing you the various adjustments that are possible.
  4. booke23's post in 2.0tdi strange noise in engine bay on idle, with picture (help!) was marked as the answer
You need to take care. In theory you can drive it, but if one of these components fails completely and the aux belt comes off there is a very small chance that the loose aux belt could get tangled in the cam belt and cause the cam belt to fail too....causing many £££ of damage.

    It's unlikely but is possible.
  5. booke23's post in DSG OIL CHANGE AT 8 YEAR SERVICE was marked as the answer
In other words, your not due a DSG oil change for another 15,000 miles.
