Anyone able to give me a price for the value of my car in trade in? Seems no one uses the Parkers price but no consistency in the offers at the moment

I managed to fit the new motor unit it was a doddle really, I have some pics and a couple of tips I can post, not sure if here is the place or to post them or start a new thread?
We have the "B10BE 07 [009] - Mechanical Failure" on our 2014 Superb so will be attempting this when the new motor arrives, any tips appreciated

I put in a RNS 315 this weekend, Mine has Bluetooth built in but doesn't have the DAB, but there are versions out there that have DAB as well as Bluetooth and some that have neither, but there seem to be loads going around the £300 mark just have to be patient to drop on one really at a good price.
Simple job? Did you run the mic to the housing above the rear view mirror?
Looking for bluetooth options on the standard swing but a full upgrade looks like the best option

Fitted rear mudflaps after work, front to do tomorrow night, local roads are particularly crappy at the moment and the Mk2 seems to suck up more grime than the Mk1 did :(

I tried Lincoln during the week and was turned down "garages only"

Only had my MK2 for a couple of weeks so not many miles of experience to base any comments on but I have owned "quick cars" previously, a 240 BHP Civic Type R and 335 BHP Scooby STI. Both completely different types of car to the Twin Charger but both show how good it actually is, as a 40+ year old my days of traffic light grand prix's are certainly over especially with the family in the car, my 15 mile B road commute is a breeze and overtaking is never an issue, yes I get tail gated, usually by german motors that race up behind me in the 30/40 mph limits expecting to out drag me as we reach the NSL but are sadly mistaken
Once this crap weather has departed I'll have more of a play with the DSG but for now D suits me fine.
Cheers

It would appear the Jet was blocked thanks for all your help.
Out of interest does anyone know or have details how to remove the boot trim?
IIRC there is one Torx screw through the trim with the internal boot closing handle then its a case of prising the panel away from the boot carefully with something that doesn't mark the car
No Drivers door power = no RH elec windows and no folding mirrors
in Skoda Superb Mk II (2008-2015)

Seems an issue started with our 2014 Superb Estate last night when the wife and daughter struggled to open the boot, today that's now turned into the mirrors not unfolding and no power to the drivers door panel so no lights in the switches and the switches all not working.

All fuses for windows are intact, is this the dreaded broken wires in the body to door loom issue? Its dark and raining now so looking for any pointers please? Any other fuses that I should be looking at? Haven't spotted the one for the elec door mirrors in the list, are they part of something else?
TIA
