    Managed to get it to charge up from a usb cable connection to a laptop BUT it is still stuck in a boot loop Any one have any ideas?

    Does anyone on here know how to undertake the hard reset of the Garmin PID? We have inherited the father-in-laws 2016 City-Go and the Garmin device is stuck in a boot loop The PID had not been used for quite a while so I suspect it's battery is totally flat If so how do you replace the battery within it?
