  1. Hi Sean, appreciate the offer mate but i've already bought my new car so this has to be a cash sale for me, Cheers.
  2. Price Drop to £9,800 - absolute bargain for next keeper! real head turner!!
  3. Nice one pal, the fabs has only done 44k and had the map around 1500 miles ago from what I gather. Previous owner looks to have taken real care with it as the cambelt done at 42k. So don't reckon it's had much hammer if any at all.
  4. Hi Guys an Girls, Just a question... Looking to buy a MK1 VRS that's already been Remapped by Jabba Sport and wondered if anyone has ever had any issues with this? I know Jabba Sport are a good reputable company so I can't see why there would be. Also in terms of remapping, are there any long term side effects? Like will the turbo die quicker etc etc... Thanks
  5. HI mate, I am the Second owner and the previous guy was an enthusiast too. It is fully HPI clear and have Certificate to prove it.
  6. Yeah it's pretty cool mate. Only one I've herd of it on is my uncles mates A6. Seems like the top end Audi have them. Anyone want a top end Audi for the bargain price of a SEAT? Lol. Car really is a steal now.
  7. Nah then pal! Was that you!? I did wait patiently with the handbrake fully applied to let u lot past haha. I kno I was a couple of hours late but I was not impressed, was there more there earlier like??
  8. Mate that sounds mint and I was looking at those for a time but the running costs are just too extreme for me at the minute. Appreciate the offer though, really do.
  9. I'd just get the 5000K kit like i did last time, they're slightly crisper than the OEM 4300k but still aren't daft blue. what i'm interested in are some pics of how they look in the new one? anyone posting any up?
  10. Yeah mannyo, I guess your right, was just really annoying when I looked at them and nothing happened haha. I just wish they would've done the pre facelift silver units, just in black, so the dipped and main beam were separate, then it would have eliminated the sidelight from the unit anyway.
  11. Right Briskies riddle me this then..... Why the hell don't the side light bulbs work in the new black Monte Style headlights on the 2012 VRS? They are fitted but don't do ANYTHING!! I get the whole thing about the DRL fogs are on....then turn the switch to sidelights and they dim down thus creating your sidelights....then turn to dipped beam and obviously the headlight comes on in the optical lens unit. I've been told by two "master technicians" at skoda that they are just "blanks" and do not work, as the DRL's act as your sidelights. but i just think its **** poor to have real bulbs in there when they just don't do anything. PLUS......on the pre facelift ones they seemed to get it right, although the chrome units looked weak at the side of the black units. They infact are different..... but they work kinda in the same way....DRL's on.... switch to sidelights....they dim....then you switch dipped beams on, they light up in the optical lens as normal, then where the new "blank" sidelights are now, they have your main beam lights! which WORK! is it just me who thinks that skoda should have just stuck to the pre facelift light and done it in black? so everything WORKED? aannnnnddd the on the MONTE CARLO the sidelights work! When you turn the switch to the sidelights they turn off the drl's and the sidelights come on. sorry for the rant guys but it just seems pointless.
  12. Nice one pal, that's where I got mine for my MK1. So would Defo get those from there. U got a few pics? Any errors at all?
  13. Definitely has been cared for vrsadz, nice one for the comment bruv.is it your fabs that knocks round sheff?
  14. Hey Briskies, Just wanted to know if anyone of you have decided to fit a HID kit to the Black Monte style headlights yet? Thinking of buying a MK2 Fabs VRS and think i'd want to do this as not only would they look like factory xenon's (which of course are not available standard, for some stupid reason) but they will match the DRL Fogs and also provide better vision at night. Would love to see some pics if poss and also if there are any BULB WARNING errors that anyone has encountered once fitted.... Cheers u lot!
