Roof bars for 2022 reg Fabia Estate
I have a Monte Carlo, so no exiting roof bars or rails, what I have fits into the holes at the top of each door frame. If you already have rails from to back and need bars to go across I've no experience of that. Roofbox.co.uk should let you choose make and model and suggest things that fit your car, but they might not know if you have factory fitted options. This might be a better link, but only covers cars to 2021 model year. https://www.roofbox.co.uk/scripts/rbvehsel3.php?emulate=roofbar&query=8273

Roof bars for 2022 reg Fabia Estate
I have these on mine (with a top box), seem to have been reliable and also not too noisy when fitted. I only install them when needed for camping trips each year - if you can remember how to fit them go on and off in about 20 minutes. https://www.roofbox.co.uk/scripts/rbvehsel4_tab.php/roofbars/cruz_airo_118cm_silver_aluminium_bars_2_no_airot_118_924_773_/Qx%40w%2C6M4gNax5vN1Yv0vegd3uHKQyrdmsXh0Esfz4%40mIF%60yK%7Dc%2C5cfpqvzdIgI%40rM

Engine light issues
As someone who has suffered a similar issue, the fault code was P0442 - EVAP Emission Control Sys Looked here: https://www.autozone.com/diy/diagnostic-trouble-codes/p0442-evaporative-emission-control-system-leak-detected and a couple of videos on YouTube and tried clearing the code and cleaning the filler cap and top of the filler neck as many people suggested (I was sceptical it would make any difference, but it's free and easy to do). Three months on and several tanks of fuel and the error code hasn't returned. On the occasion it happened I may not have tightened the cap until I got it to click, since then I've stuck to a minimum of 3 clicks at each fill up. The code I got seems to be related to the Evap system not sealing when the car tries to pull vapour from the fuel tank and into the inlet manifold.

Panoramic roof aerial location
On my Fabia Mk3 Monte Carlo the antenna is built into the rear window (Horizontal lines are the heater, verticals are the radio) This seems to tell you a bit more: https://www.skoda-storyboard.com/en/skoda-world/innovation-and-technology/this-is-your-car-can-you-hear-me/

Monte Carlo interior
Have a search for the Fabia brochure from the year of the car you're looking at. My Monte Carlo is 2016, and according to it's brochure here: https://www.roberteardleyskoda.co.uk/brochures/25-07-2016/fabia.pdf It only came with the red interior, as you can see on page 27.
