Its even better here in Ireland , i got a good laugh today Kodiaq Vrs (5seat) 62.950e and 7 seats 63950 :D:D:D Tiguan All space R-line 240bhp (5 seats) 55.025e and 7 seats 57.625e Ateca Cupra - petrol TSi 300Bhp starting from 50.731e, absolutely fully spec - 63.000e Maybe this Vrs price its some kind of early April fools joke.

U guys can face 19% of import tax after brexit, so on your place i will be more concern about that.

If some1 own a Superb 280 Sportline and want to swap after 3 years to lets say...SUV like Kodiaq, vRS version might me a very good option, but not with this engine. I will love to get one of these with 300+bhp petrol. I have no interest whatsoever in this car and i will go to VW or other brand to look for a petrol replacement. Imo all this "sport" diesel cars like golf GTD Octavia vRS etc. are nothing more then regular cars with some decors, they are just fake.

Definitely vRS its on the top of the cars to replace my Superb 280, however im not sure if i will go for it if there will be the same 4 pot engine with 20-30 bhp more. Current Sportline have already sport seats, design, steering wheel, big brake discs,etc. Simply engine remap of 280bhp will increase power to 350-360 bhp and thats probably more then vRS will have as a stock engine. Dont get me wrong, its fantastic car, but Skoda will have to give something more then 20bhp power increase on 2.0tsi engine and few details/bumpers to convince me to pay 10k more and go into finance again. And there its a big chance that we will have R5 or V6 under the bonnet. Superb 1 was equipped with 2.8 V6, Superb 2 3.6 V6 so maybe S3 will got something better then 4 pots.

Not many candidates for replacement in my case.Arteon VR6 shooting break or Superb Vrs. Otherwise im staying with Superb 280 i just love size and performance of this car.

Tbh i can't see any logic in installing performance exhaust in 1.4l engine.

This article is 2016 so is not relevant anymore, personally i thing that in this times doing a diesel again as a top of the range is not a best idea and this defo will not happen. UK police have already Kodiaq TSI 280 4x4 so more likely this will be in vRS models. VW have two more engines that might be in Kodiaq/Suberb vRS - 2.5TFSI(this is my only wish :P) from RS3 and brand new engine 3.0 VR6 with 400bhp. VR6 will be used in Arteon R. All of this its only theory talk and flame war diesel vs petrol here its completely pointless. Lets wait until 8 of march for Geneva motor show maybe then all this speculation will go away and ppl start to thing how to plan the future home budget to save some money for a new toys

If u like red, go for velvet. On the end of the day u will look at this car every day for next 5 years. Ppl trying to save penny's on colors and after few months they regret this decision. Superb im red look fantastic and defo not boring.

Just recently i was looking on Arteon R line and i have to say thats looking a way better then A5 sportback, have plenty od leg room on back seats, like superb and overall have fantastic line and design. Now there is one more thing that making this car even more interesting for some of us. Volkswagen its preparing a R-version of Arteon with 3.0 vr6 turbo engine and 404bhp. Its quite possible that thia car will be present on Geneva motor show in March. And i have this feeling that i will go for this car in a right time... Unless skoda will present Superb vRS.

Looks like im ahead of you guys, 10 months old, 23730 km on the clock.(dunno how this happen but i dont care at all, i love that car) average consumption around 10l/100km. If some1 was thinking that 5-6l will be enough for 280bhp and 4x4 was very naive person. Hi guys, just have question, anyone hear anything about vRS version of Superb?? Looks like skoda will hit market with Kodiaq vRS and possible Karoq, so family of sport models will grow. Superb 280 it's very quick and i love it, however 300hp+ rs version would be nice PS. Just done service no 3 on mine, 10 months old and 23000km covered. Changing now everything, including oil in haldex. Not a single fault so far.

Hi all, The one on passenger seat that my lovely wife, she like cars too (lucky me). She recently got a Skoda Fabia Montecarlo, standard was not good enough for her After a lap on Nurburgring i have to say that Superb is not a sport car. Its quick, but thats it. Sport suspension is a way to soft for a race track, ofc car was fully loaded with German craft beer, french champagne and Italian wine + million other bags etc. U can feel car very wobbly and this is very bad feeling when u have few quick corners, this is something that i need to improve before round 2, so eibach springs ant anti roll bars should help with car suspension. Im not expecting a Audi RS6 performance however this aspect was a little bit disappointing. Maybe DCC suspension will be better in this case, dunno. Brakes was fain, i didn't push the car to hard, but even after 10-15km on the track i didn feel brake pedal softer or any other issues. So its not so bad after all. Overall its unbelievable place, u open your window when parking a car there and u can smell high octane petrol and burning tires. Heven on earth, everywhere high powered cars and other toys. Definitely im going back there...on the way to Worthersee

Time to laugh This is my run on petrol heads heaven, Nurburgring lap, was slow (comparing to other cars) but fun, because that was my 1st time ever on race course i was having only 1 thing in my head - Lukas, is not a fcking playstation, you dont have second chance :D.

Hi there dublincalling, i can throw something into terms of spec of your 280 as i have one of them myself and driving in Dublin most of the time. Im not sure if there was some changes between my17 and my18 in terms what is in "sportline package" but there is few bits that i will change To add Canton sound system, tbh this is must have option for me and it does make a difference when u travel in this car. Smart light assist- this is coming with bsc and lane assist to and have different better looking headlights with additional led stripes in each side- google it. To remove Parking system- waste of money, u will end up by parking yourself anyway, car have sensors on the front and back and rev camera, thats more then enough. Phone box- same story, never experienced any problem with mobile network in a car. And wlan can be enabled directly from your phone without a car between that(however wlan option will be available anyway from a car side). Heated front window - seriously? In Ireland? Heated waschle noses its enough to do the job. Columbus- overpriced, Amusement sat nav will do the same, and its more user friendly, maps are the same. Heated steering wheel i just dont like that, hands are sweating when driving. Insulated glass - i was driving 260km/h and u can talk without a problem. I thing thats all, its just my opinion so u do whatever u want

Happen to me 3 times in last 6 months, right side dlr, always after switching off indicator. Asked in service, they reset software and told me to let them know if happen again. There is log about this error in ecu unit so there is no problem for dealer to check what and when happens
