  1. This gonna sound really daft but the price for the wheel centres is that each or the set ?
  2. Ordered my kit the weekend £30 6k with 1yr warranty
  3. Can but try I suppose ! Will give the local dealer a call on Tuesday hopefully in a understanding mood
  4. Great ! Mines out of warranty by a month and it's started to make this noise this week
  5. Ive got a yellow monte had it for about a year up in stoke but only became my daily driver last month now down in Lichfield
  6. Well I wasn't in any rush to sell the vrs but within a week of putting her up and loads of numptys ringin up time wasting the first person to come look has took her :( Gonna miss that car ! So I'll be moving over to fabia forums now as just bought the missus a Monte Carlo in yellow !
  7. Right gonna have a go at it today before work just to make it more interesting with the door in question , the window won't go up it down off the drivers switch so problem might be with the drivers door electrics . However without the keys in the ignition I can operate the window off the door itself ?? So I'm thinking of the door electrics are "live" all the time is this why the lock won't disengage and the battery goes flat if left for a week or so ? And am I right in thinking the rear doors get there power from the front doors ? If so if I disconnect the nsf hopefully the lock will release so I can open it and save damaging the nsr door card ?
  8. Evenin all ! I've got gremlins in the n/s/r door I'm sure !! It's deadlocked and won't open so I thought prob door lock but the window will not work off the drivers control switch but will off the door itself ? Just wondering what's common to fail and where I should be looking first as I've gotta get it right to sell her :(
  9. Hi Ray I think it's coz I've had the bonnet pull off and must of dislodged it pushing it backwards through the cable by mistake that's caused it . The problem ive got is I'm not sure how the cable connects to the bonnet latch and I've never actually changed one before . I've had the lock off today and it's working properly apart from no cable attached lol
  10. Fixed one problem gained another !! The bonnets been up and down a few times the past few weeks having work done so it's only natural the bloody locks started playing up ! I've have a nosey on here for pics on the bonnet latch and sorts but none show the back of the lock where the cable connects as I'm not sure if something's broke off on mine or if I'm just being stupid and not putting the cable back on right. Any help ppl would be most appreicated
  11. I've had mine done at psi over a year ago can't fault it .
  12. Only one I've got :( Don't fancy takin any while it's in bits !
  13. I always thought the lighter the flywheel the quicker the acceleration as there's less mass to weight to spin up but you lose coasting speed as it slows quicker when off power if that makes sense
