Hi i need my seat moved back 3" . what would it cost thanks

i have a knee problem making it difficult to get in/out of my 2013 yeti .im 6'4" with long legs. is it possible for a mechanic to alter the seat maybe higher so can get legs over sill. be easier/cheaper than changing car.thanks.
