    Update:
     
    I have now got the car back, and it seems ok. No more grinding noises :-)
     
    The manager at the shop told me that the previous mechanic had installed a DMF for dry clutch, but my gearbox is a wet clutch gearbox, I don't know if that's true, but they fixed the car for free, and also changed one of the inner drive axle boots for just the cost of the boot, so I am happy :-)

    I did manage to resolve this. To get the bolt out, I had to lower the subframe a few centimeters.
