If you ever get the opportunity, try out the 675LT - another 10 levels up from the 650s - mind bogglingly fast and how it carries speed into corners is phenomenal. shame they are so expensive!

Only a few months old, have the receipt from Awesome as well lol. Will post pictures tomorrow when it's daylight

I have only had the rear bar fitted out of this set, which made a good improvement to turn in when driving briskly.
Everything comes with this kit to fit this to your car - except longer bolts to go through the bottom of the rear shocks.
The front bar has NOT been fitted and is still in the box it came in from H&R
I would like to sell them as a pair but can sell individually
I think £150 for the set is fair or £75 each
I paid over £300 for this from Awesome GTI.
Collections from the Manchester area is preferred.
Thanks,
Sean

Hi,
I no longer these two individual sets of springs,
The ones for the Vrs have covered approx. 8k miles
The ones for the Monte Carlo TDI have covered approx. 20k.
both have been on previous cars of mine and improved the handling over standard a great amount.
I would like £50 for each set
Collection preferred from the Manchester area.
I will upload photos in the next couple of days
Thanks,
Sean

Hi, I have for sale a set of Bilstein B8 dampers for sale - these are the shortened ones to go with lowering springs,
I purchased from Awesome GTI - they have looked after my monte carlo for the last 18 months.
will fit the Fabia mk2 with the single bolt fixation at the top.
they have been removed from my monte carlo and have covered approx. 20k miles.
In very good condition, just slightly dirty from the roads.
No leaks and make a big difference to the handling of the car.
I will upload photos in the next couple of days
I think £200 is a fair price
preferably cash on collection from the Manchester area.
Thanks
Sean

i will have a few suspension parts to be sold once they come off my Monte Carlo as I'm getting a new Golf GTD
So I won't be needing the following;
Bilstein B8 dampers - covered 20k miles
H&R 40mm lowering springs for 1.6TDI
H&R front and rear anti roll bar set
H&R 40 lowering for the MK 2 VRS
I will make a for sale thread when they are off the car next week etc. so if anyone is interested then feel free to PM me

A little update got my forge filter fitted and orded some team heko windflectors, has anyone fitted the paddle shift extentions as I keep looking at them on the bay
You might find your car not running as well with the forge intake on. Seems to restrict performance more than the stock set up. Just my experience with that intake

*** Also, I have now noticed the gap of the rear arches is significantly bigger than the front after the dampers upgrade and I am really mad. I read that you have to measure the gap before replacing the rear strut so after you've installed the new ones you can tighten the screws so that you achieve the same gap but it seems the mechanic didn't bother or he measured with the boot loaded (while the Bilsteins were in). Another reason to get it on the ramp myself it seems...
I have the same scenario with my Monte Carlo ! The front looks lower than the rear, but I think from factory the it has that set up. A nose down stance. I didn't have this with my previous mk2 vrs though

Which LEDs did you get for the DRLs? Nice monte, they do look good in black !

There is a slight difference in the Seat kit, the piece that connects to the slam panel has a different end piece, the holes to secure it aren't in the same place , I know this as I tried it on my vrs before I got the correct one .
Saves someone buying it and then having to buy the fabia version

Yea, they only list the front on the website, I went down as I'm local to them and asked about the front and rear kit and they gave me a price.
You can ring up and ask, you can get most things when you say look I've seen such an item else where, can you do it? What your best price?
Most of the time they can sort you out there and then. Best to speak to Al, he sorted me out with my kit

Is it both front and rear included in the kit?
I have a whiteline one on my lupo but was looking for the h&r one hence why I need the part number but can't see to find it , can find the front but not rear
Yea you get the rear with fitting kit and the front is a direct replacement with the Orginal one.
Rear bar is 25mm
Front is 20mm if I remember rightly

I agree totally. They are not worth the premiums they command. However. If you got the chance to drive one on a track, it would be an excellent experience.
