Best thing to do is see how long you can go on the motorway without braking just using your accelerator and the right gear. This will improve your mpg and your ability to anticipate people and hazards on the road. YOU DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Try it with the radio off it will increase your concentration.

Ok so the snap on seat covers turned up.I put them on and I wasn't blown away.they do cover the seat but I will be getting in with the dog and with kayaking gear all over the place. So I decided to have a look round i had already got some aldi cheap covers but they don't stop the water and mud fully. So I went to halfords and saw some 4x4 truck covers. Have a look.
As you can see the 4x4 covers really cover the back and front seats well and it looks tough.
It all depends on what you want it for but I will be sticking with the 4x4 covers as they seem to do the job.
The 4x4 truck covers were action sport from halfords.
Please let me know what you think and if you have found any better.

I know this has been discussed to death but had a good look round and have ordered two snap on seat covers from flea bay. I will let you all know if they are any good and put photos on here so you can comment.
Hope they look good lol.

Thanks to all who replied. Went in to skoda to order the door clips and got chatting to the parts bloke, turns out all they do is get rid of the old seal and use silicon to seal it. I think plumbers gold followed by door clips is the way ahead, not getting my 200 pounds.
Thanks again

Hi all I've just new to this and have read all the topics on the door seals. I have a 04 fabia black vrs best car ever but it has the dreaded rear door seal problem. Rang skoda and they said it's not a big problem but for 200 pounds they could replace the seal. I think not!! but they said that it was a different seal that they used now. does any one think that it's worth me buying these "new seals" and fitting them myself?

Have just done this work. Took a while but cracked it. One point though you don't need to pop those pins underneath the bumper, you aren't going to take the bumper off fully so they can stay. Good post though thank you.
Are my previous Skoda's now owned by people of Briskoda?
