Looks good got a silver vrs aswell could ya put some pics up of it with those headlights if possible mite be tempted to treat me self?

Yeah pretty sure octavia ones fit well hope they do as bought a set for my fabia colour coded
yet to fit them but they look the same

Random question but can ya remember how much u paid to have he door handles and bump strips colour coded? Mines silver aswell and look shocking with the black handles and bumps strips

Got some osram night breakers from euro car parts for £17 and Defnetly better then standard bulbs

had exact same problem sorted mine out last month
just get ya self down the a skoda dealer was about £40 plus vat for new anti roll bar but you will be better off getting some new bushes aswell i went for some poly bushes was very impressed
the new anti roll bar has metal lugs to hold the bushes in place where as the old ones they fitted on earlier models has plastic mounts which break and the anti roll bar can just bang from side to side and drove me insane lol

Had a problem with my front anti roll bar with plastic collies breaking aswell just got a replacement one from skoda for about £40 do didn't think it was to bad only thing was fitting it needed to drop the sub frame down

Done this on mine a while back easiest way is leave sensor attached to the cable then take c clip that's holds it in place out and give it a wiggle should just pop out followed by about a litre or so of coolant but not much! With the cable still attached to the sensor it's makes it easier to remove it and manovere it about so u can change the sensor over! Didn't need to remove the maf but I did have the engine cover already so that helped
Just make sure u get a new c clip and rubber washer when u get the sensor! And yeah it's the grey one a skoda techie told me it was the green one but ended bein the grey one

Yeah usually taken out when it's got head gasket problems not sure about the radweld comment used radweld before never heard Off or had problems with radweld and havin a thermostat in

if u have lost it yet just do what i did go to your local skoda dealer they have master keys and can take them off or order u a new set. had to do this when the fabia i bought didnt come with one as previous owner lost it but was only £20 for a new set

Yeah that was my other option but wasn't sure about them but looks like they did the trick! How did u have to modify them they to thick or do they not clamp down tight enough? Any chance of some pics of urs? Would be much appreciated ?

hi all! been using this site for a lil and its been a massive help so finally joined up
but need some help guys have a knocking noise at the front which after checking and changing fee bits have narrowed it down the front anti roll bushes
after looking into it it looks like i have the old style anti roll bar with the plastic flange so it will have to either be a new anti roll bar with the metal bush mounts or if any one knows of a mod for the old style bar? thought bout changing the bushes for new ones on the old bar but not sure how they will fix to the old flange and for how long?
any help guys ?

Has same problem tried all the keys my local shop had none fitted so cut up a credit card to the right size as the hole and stuck true
In! Worked a treat don't need a specific shape all it does is push two catchs out the way then u can pull the unit out
