I have only owned an Octy II (05 plate) for a few weeks but have a quick query. The car has the stream HU (not mp3) and whenever you lock and unlock the car its sounds like it is trying to eject the cd. This does not seem to happen if you have got a cd inserted in it. (it is not my imagination it is definately coming from the cd player )

Is this normal?

The Symphony on my Fabia makes the equivalent sound when you switch the ignition on and off - it may just be that the power on the Stream is tied into the central locking and not the ignition?

Dunno, but I have the same issue from time to time, not when using the central locking, but when preheating the dieselbeast. Don't think it's serious. Othervise flawless, so it's just one of those unexplainable sounds I guess
