Furby vRS wheel nut cap

Featured Replies

Anyone know whether it's possible to get hold of one of these? I seem to be missing one (the plastic but that sits over the nut).

I've bought quite a few Octy ones so if they are the same (to fit over a 17mm A/F bolt) they are easily bought from your friendly dealer

And cost about 21p iirc. Denis posted prices up as recent as this week...

Just out of interest is this for a locking wheel nut?

I'm waiting to pick up my VRS and forgot to check whether they came with locking wheel nuts - can someone please answer this

They have the crappiest lockers ever! And they have covers on ;)

An appropriate size plastic cover is available for the locking wheel nuts.

If you've got alloys and "locking" wheel bolts, check that the special adaptor for the thiefproof bolt actually fits it! Mine didn't, and the only way to find out which pattern of adaptor should have been supplied is for your dealer to get hold of the (one and only) reference set of adaptors, and try them all to find which one fits. This takes time during which you are driving round in a car with wheels you can't remove!

Does anyone know how many differs there are on the standard locking bolt set?

10 for the Octavia and 10 or 12 for the Fabia depending on bolt type. An anti theft wheel bolt and adaptor costs
