helppppppppp!

my stupid computer wont let me input my own custom paper size, when i goto printer properties and then select paper source/size etc it has custom 1, 2 and 3 listed but i cant actually customize them!

there is no where i can imput my own size.

anyone got any ideas?

nope, already trawled through all of that and most of it is Mac answers/help and the rest just says i can click on custom size an so gowd knows, ta anyway

Might be quicker if you sent your prob directly to HP Help Desk. I used them yesterday re my printer prob (as mentioned in another thread!). They came back with their first set of possible solutions an hour later.

You should get an automated acknowledgement within a few minutes confirming receipt of your query. Personal responses with poss solutions have a target time of 1 hour but can take a few more hours at busy times.
