I'm looking at one of these for the new Fabia, the other one has a DVA100R fitted and I do love the unit. My question is though, anyone used this with the BT dongle? I'm looking to interface my iPhone with it and wondered if it could stream audio [or would I need the additional lead] and does it work ok with the phone functions?

Anyone got one?

I have one of these units (the D105-R) and would also like to know if the parrot adaptor thingy for my phone works well with it? I'm sorry H4rry, I don't know how the iphone would connect, I presume the ipod lead would only access the phone's ipod functions, not the phone?

Duggie, You can buy an Alpine BT adaptor which would allow a compatible phone to stream music contact and answer calls etc [it's about £80] so I would be using that. I know the iPhone has some limited BT functionality though so was curious. Might just pick up the dongle and see if it's useable

Thanks H4rri, (noticed i spelt it wrong in the last post... sorry!) I may give it a go and see what happens, it would be nice to have an all in one solution for on the move! Either way, i think the Alpine unit is the best out there for all round functions and cost.
