Thinking of putting one of these on the car and was wondering what the difference was...

Obviously one flashes the ECU and one is wired in but are there any other differences?

I wasn't keen on the KVW100 as I heard it disables the auto lock feature on the car but are there any other differences?

I have autolock feature and a KVW100.

Had the autolock enabled before using the KVW100.
