JVC KD-LH401 mp3/wma head unit

it does all sorts of stuff I can't even begin to work out...animated graphics and what not that you can upload your own pictures and things to....

but it sounds good with standard speakers but want to change them when I get paid end of July..so any recomendations for speakers to go with this thing?

I'm thinking on a JVC head unit also as my local dealer (Turners of sunderland) recommended one over the alpine I wanted, yours looks very good. How much if you don't mind me asking?

BTW extremely nice pictures

JVC are good units however !! in my experience .. they do tend to skip the cd's when driving over bumps... MP3 disks are fine but normal cd skip like a school girl at lunchtime!!

have you foudn that?

199 quid

I have had a look around a few online retailers and that seems to be roughly the going rate for this model

they have a one with touch screen function...but that was 250 quid

didnt notice any skipping last night and Shields is full of flippin speed bumps

currently fiddling with the software to put my own images onto the thing..my brain hurts

one thing to note...it has a 7 band graphic equalizer as opposed to standard Bass/treble controls so it takes some fiddling to get the right sound sometimes (there are presets and 3 user saveable settings though)
