Featured Replies

:help: minor problem today... :( cd is stuck in the slot but no cd comes up on display and h/u made clicking noise when i turn it on.... its not 1 of my cds.... think it must have been in there since b4 i picked up the car..... had been listening to radio yesterday..... tried the advice on the forum after a search but still no luck....

This is a common problem and I'm afraid to say it happens on mine a lot I usually stick my hand in the tray and give it a thump.

Hope this helps.

I managed to remove a stuck CD using a leaflet!

Insert leaflet/take away menu in to load slot about a 1/2"-3/4" and sweep left to right,

You'll feel some slight resistance, Then a click, The HU then recognised a CD was loaded and allowed me to eject it.

Not saying this will work for you, Might be worth a shot though!

This is a common problem with Symphony radio, twice I managed to remove 2 cd's in a single stereo.clients said no CD appeared on screen so they inserted another.Obviously nothing worked.Quite an easy job to have them removed.I always take the stereo out and remove the top cover.Be careful to not damage the laser thing.

Had this happen with my stream cd player the other night, it wouldn't see there was a disc inserted. But yet would play it :S

Left it for a couple of hours of driving and the blighter ejected it later on in the evening.
