I've got one of the older bluetooth modules from the group buy last year. Now that I've had the RNS510 running for some time (and love it) I want to replace my older module with the newer part so that I can have touch dialing on the RNS510 screen.

I plan to simply buy a kit swap the modules around then sell off the other on eBay. There's nothing wrong with the module other than it simply doesn't support the newer functions of the RNS510 unit.

I believe that the part number is 1Z0035729B for the new module.

So my questions are:

  • Can anyone recommend the best place to get the newer kit/module from?
  • Is 1Z0035729B the correct part number (or is there a newer one now)?
