Fabia SDi Rear Brakes noise

Hello all

First post on here and hoping someone can help me out. Have a fabia 1.9 sdi, recently changed front discs and pads. Now rear brakes have just begun to rumble/grind at low speeds, though it does seem to lessen once over 30/40 mph. Rolled car with engine off on driveway and sounded like rear left wheel was clicking? Have had a few issues in the past with rear brakes sticking if car has been left a while without being used.

Any ideas what's wrong and how much would it cost to sort approx.

Really appreciate any help offered.
