FABIA 1.9SDi PROBLEM

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Sorry to bother you folkks but I recently moved house and cannot locate my manuals and technical references.

I had my Fabia 1.9 SDi serviced two weeks ago but when I got my car back it had a number of problems that I think could be linked. The rear hatch release does not work from the fob, there is no alarm when the headlights are left on and the roof lights do not switch on automatically when we get in the car at nighttime.

Could it be a fuse problem? If so, how do I find the fuse layout diagram etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Brian

It could be that the microswitch in your door is faulty. Does the interior lights come on with the front passenger door open?

Hi,

Thanks for the answer. The interior light above the mirror does not come on when the passanfger door is opened. Also, there is no warning beep if I leave the lights on when getting out of the car.

Many thanks for your help
