Just tried to open the boot door to my car and nothing, it wouldn`t open so i had to open it from the latch by the drivers door.

Has anyone had this problem and is it easy to fix myself.

I have had an issues with it getting stuck in the locking mechanism.

I didn't even know it had a opening mech. handle inside the car.....

Have exactly the same problem on mine so any advice would be doubley appreciated!

If the car has been driven and one of your passenger has tried to open the boot it won't open until you open the drivers door too. It's to stop anyone from pinching the contents of the boot when you are stopped at junctions/traffic lights. Could this be what has happened?

Just been out and tried the boot and works fine now, so what ExAudiSi say`s must be right, cheers
