Recommended Clutch/Brake Fluid?

Hey guys, Me and my Dad were gonna bleed the system on my car today and put fresh Brake/Clutch Fluid in and wanted to know what fluid is recommended? Also any tips and advice when doing so, Cheers.

According to Haynes, the braking system uses hydraulic fluid to SAE J1703F or DOT 4.

Genuine stuff has always worked for me.

Cheers guys, i was in Halfords and someone else with a Fabia VRS had asked the same question and they were recomended to use the high performance stuff, both dot 4 and dot 5.1 would be fine they said. All bled and done now and the clutch and brake both feel different now. Cheers once again for the replies.

DOT 4 is more than adequate for a Fabia
